Personal Computers

  • Windows 10 - 11

    For Windows 10 or later install the Eurotrust ZTrade application from the Microsoft Store once, for free and without a Microsoft account, by visiting the Microsoft Store.
    Each next time, open it by searching the local Windows applications or pin it to the taskbar for easy access.

  • Macos 10.15 - 11

    For Macos 10.15 or later install the Eurotrust ZTrade application from the App Store once by clicking the App Store.
    Each next time, open it by searching the local Windows applications or pin it to the taskbar for easy access.

  • Older versions of Windows (8,7,XP)

    For older versions of Windows, the Java platform must be installed on your computer. If it is not installed please visit the website www.java.com in order to install it. We recommend that you remove all older versions of Java from your computer prior to the installation. Following:

    • Click the above Login button to open the application.

    • In case you are using Chrome browser, then select Save in the download confirmation message and click on the zplusal.jnlp file.

    • Select Run in the confirmation message.

    If you upgrade your operating system, remember to install the version that corresponds to your new operating system, as applications distributed through stores are more secure for your personal data.

  • Older Macos versions (8,9,10)

    The Java platform must be installed on your computer. If it is not installed please visit the website www.java.com in order to install it. We recommend that you remove all older versions of Java from your computer prior to the installation.

    • Click the above Login button to open the application.

    • Locate the downloaded file, namely zplusal.jnlp in Finder (in the Downloads folder)

    • While holding the Control button on the keyboard click on the file (or alternatively right-click) and then select Open from the options menu.

    • Select Run in the confirmation message.
